Data Storage and Retention
Contact Information
Contact details are retained as long as needed for business relationship. Email inquiries are typically resolved within 30 days, but contact information may be kept longer for ongoing client relationships.
Photography Files
Client photographs are typically retained for 1 month on local devices and cloud storage platforms. Photos shared with consent on social media may be retained longer for portfolio purposes.
Analytics Data
Google Analytics retains data for 26 months (anonymized and aggregated data only)
Social Media Content
Photos shared on Instagram and YouTube (with consent) are retained according to those platforms' policies and for ongoing portfolio purposes unless deletion is requested.
