We provide comprehensive photography and videography services including:

Commercial business photography

Standard Service Includes: Professional photography/videography session and delivery of edited final images. Service details are customized based on client requirements and discussions.

Booking and Communication

Booking Process

Initial inquiry via email or WhatsApp
Consultation to discuss requirements and project details
Custom quote based on project scope, either hourly rates or package deals as per client requirements
Booking confirmation with 35% deposit payment
Service delivery according to agreed timeline and final payment

Communication: We primarily communicate via email and WhatsApp. All booking confirmations and important project details will be provided in writing.

Pricing and Payment

We offer flexible pricing options based on client requirements. Pricing can be structured as hourly rates or package deals, depending on your project needs and preferences.

Deposit Policy

• 35% deposit required to secure booking
• Deposit must be paid upon booking confirmation
• Remaining 65% balance due upon delivery of final images

Additional Costs

• Travel expenses for shoots outside Göttingen
• Rush delivery or on-the-spot delivery (additional fee)
• Special editing requests beyond standard service
• Raw/unedited files (available upon discussion)

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cash payments as convenient for the client.

Delivery and Timeline

Delivery timelines are flexible and determined based on client requirements and project discussions. We offer various delivery options to suit your needs.

Standard Delivery

Timeline agreed upon during booking consultation based on project complexity and client requirements

Rush/Immediate Delivery

On-the-spot delivery available for urgent needs (additional fees apply)

Delivery Methods

Delivery is flexible and always depends on client convenience. Options include Google Drive, email, USB, WeTransfer, Mega, OneDrive, or other preferred methods.

Editing and Image Count

Editing is always according to client requirements. Number of edited photos delivered can be discussed in person or during online meetings. Only edited photos are delivered as standard; raw files available upon client discussion.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Client Usage Rights

Clients can use photos for personal use with photographer's copyright and credits. Different terms apply for usage without credits:

Personal use with photographer credits included
Social media posting with proper attribution
Usage without credits requires prior notification and may involve additional fees

Photographer Portfolio Rights

Client photos may be used for photographer's portfolio only with explicit client permission. We respect client privacy and will always seek consent before any portfolio use.

Image Ownership & Restrictions

Image ownership always remains with the photographer. Images are restricted from misuse, unauthorized distribution, or any purpose that could damage the photographer's reputation.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair while ensuring business sustainability. Refund amounts are based on the timing of cancellation notice.

15+ days before: 90% deposit refund

1 week before: 50% deposit refund

2 days before or less: No deposit refund

Equipment Failure and Backup Coverage

Equipment Backup

We maintain backup equipment to handle any technical failures during shoots. Multiple camera systems and backup gear ensure continuous service delivery.

Photographer Backup Coverage

In case of photographer illness or emergency, we have trusted professional photographers who can cover the event to ensure your important moments are captured.

Professional Insurance

We carry professional liability insurance to protect both the photographer and clients against unforeseen circumstances during photography sessions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Göttingen, Germany, where our business is located.

Jurisdiction: Amtsgericht/Landgericht Göttingen, Germany
Applicable Law: German Civil Code (BGB) and Commercial Code (HGB)
Language: These terms are available in German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version takes precedence.
